Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Services - Per Diem

Location: Ellensburg, Washington, USA

Salary: USD 42.95–65.09 per hour; an additional 15% premium may be available in lieu of benefits.

What you will do

• Develop occupational therapy plans of care based on comprehensive patient assessments and physician direction.
• Integrate occupational therapy into home health plans of care.
• Coordinate services with other professionals involved in each patient’s care plan.
• Evaluate Medicare hospice patients for palliation of symptoms affecting activities of daily living.
• Assess structural, environmental, and equipment needs that affect patient performance.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current occupational therapy license in Washington State.
• Current CPR card and ongoing maintenance.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.

Nice to have

• Experience with geriatrics, Medicare, and home health.
