Supply Planner (Apparel)

Location: Annecy, France; full-time permanent contract based in Annecy

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing apparel, footwear, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Build mid- and long-term supply plans across the hirify.global product range.
• Support vendor capacity negotiations by providing supply and inventory visibility.
• Convert demand plans into supply plans and execute product purchasing within the S&OP cycle.
• Analyze capacity constraints, level-load production schedules, and deliver forecasts for future buys.
• Alert, mitigate, and escalate deviations from production plans to leadership.
• Improve planning accuracy, replenishment processes, KPI monitoring, and end-to-end supply reliability.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with a recent Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and process-orientation skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in supply chain, operations, planning, procurement, or a related environment.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, S&OP, procurement, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Fluency in French and understanding of database management or data structures.
