Global Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end import and export freight shipments, including intermodal movements.
• Monitor shipment execution, resolve exceptions, and ensure deliveries meet timing and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations with carriers, terminals, trucking providers, customs teams, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
• Manage operational KPIs, SLAs, standard operating procedures, and cost-conscious execution.
• Identify process improvements that reduce waste and improve customer experience.
• Support partner-managed shipments and help develop scalable operational models.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or air carrier operations.
• Fluent French and English; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong time management, prioritization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with new technology in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tasks.
• Compliance-first mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of air freight operations.
• Additional European language skills.
