Inbound / Outbound Operator

Location: 600 Darling Dr, Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse position

Salary: $22.00–$30.00 USD hourly

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows across unloading, loading, storage, procurement, and dispatch activities.
• Receive deliveries physically and electronically, verify quantities and quality, and initiate replenishment orders.
• Prepare orders, load trucks, issue delivery notes, and communicate logistics information across plant departments.
• Participate in physical inventories and manage waste and hazardous products according to applicable regulations.
• Perform defined quality tests, handle non-conformities, and maintain 5S standards in work areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement groups and implement actions using 5S, TPM, SMED, and VSM practices.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Authorization to operate material-handling equipment.
• Experience using ERP software for inventory receipts and stock-outs.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with plant departments and logistics partners.
• Rigor, organization, and ability to follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
