Private Client Insurance Relationship Manager

Location: Hybrid in Richfield, Minnesota or Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide professional advice, advocacy, and exemplary service to private client insurance customers.
• Manage renewal activity, renewal reviews, remarketing, onboarding, and customer concerns through resolution.
• Identify sales opportunities through account rounding and additional coverage placement.
• Mentor, train, and support Private Client Associates and the broader private client account management team.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Advisors, producers, carriers, and leadership.
• Improve private client processes, procedures, service quality, and technical practices.

Requirements

• Solid leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback, build team buy-in, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of issues.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Possession and maintenance of a resident state broker’s license.
• Insurance industry designation such as CPCU or CIC, or active pursuit of one.
• Experience with critical insurance industry software, including Sagitta, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
