Entry Level Client Relations Specialist (Government Services)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA; work is full-time and based at the stated location.

What you will do

• Gather and clarify customer requirements for staffing augmentation and recruiting services.
• Communicate service updates and resolve client issues.
• Align client expectations with service delivery.
• Support change management communications.
• Facilitate customer feedback sessions when needed.
• Work within project teams supporting government and public services engagements.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy, responsiveness, and collaboration.
• Understanding of business processes, data, systems, and organizational operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• An associate’s degree is preferred.
