Behavioral Health Care Manager/Licensed Social Worker - Pediatrics - Full Time (40/hours week)

Location: 100 E Jackson Ave, Ellensburg, Washington 98926, USA. Full-time onsite role, 40 hours per week.

Salary: USD 36.13–54.76 per hour, based on applicable experience.

What you will do

• Serve as a core member of the collaborative care team.
• Support and coordinate the mental and physical health care of pediatric patients.
• Manage an assigned patient caseload in coordination with medical providers.
• Coordinate care with other mental health providers when appropriate.
• Work as part of the broader primary care or medical team.

Requirements

• Hold a Washington State license or certification as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• For LCSW applicants, hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work and have at least two years of supervised clinical social work experience after obtaining the degree.
• For LMHC applicants, meet Washington State educational and licensing requirements and have two years of supervised clinical mental health counseling experience or 3,000 hours of post-master's supervised clinical experience.
• For LMFT applicants, meet Washington State educational and licensing requirements and have two years of supervised clinical marriage and family therapy experience or 3,000 hours of post-master's supervised clinical experience.
• Work onsite in Ellensburg, Washington, on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with a Collaborative Care Model.
• EMDR certification through the EMDR International Association.
