Bilingual Pediatric Registered Nurse (Spanish)

Location: Remote within the United States, with CST required; strong preference for candidates residing in Tennessee, Louisiana, Missouri, or Illinois. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CST.

Salary: $40-$47 per hour, plus company benefits and potential participation in an employee equity purchase program.

What you will do

• Provide proactive clinical care, triage, and first-line support for families experiencing clinical issues.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments covering clinical, psychosocial, discharge planning, and financial needs.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans, milestones, and goals with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate transitions of care after emergency department, inpatient, or urgent care visits.
• Communicate care plans and changes to patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document care management interventions and coordinate referrals to social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, dietary, and other services.

Requirements

• Active RN license in at least one U.S. state, with eligibility for additional state licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and apply family-centered care principles.
• Must physically work in the United States and follow CST working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in outpatient pediatrics, home health, complex care, pediatric ICU, or emergency medicine.
• At least 1 year of care coordination or case management experience.
• Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and services.
• Value-based care or virtual care experience.
