Occupational Therapy Assistant/Executive Functioning Coach - Contract/1099 (Pediatric Mental Health)

What you will do

• Deliver 6–10 weekly, 45-minute coaching sessions focused on executive functioning skills.
• Support organization, planning, time management, follow-through, emotional regulation, and independence.
• Develop individualized, skills-based care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Create family handouts, strategies, and guides to reinforce skills between sessions.
• Maintain availability for weekday evening sessions from 3–7 p.m. and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in any state, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use electronic medical record systems and related technology.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA regulations.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical feedback, and ongoing professional development.

Nice to have

• At least two years of occupational therapy experience in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting.
• Experience with telehealth, behavioral health, or executive functioning support.
