Location: Chicago, Illinois HQ (300 E. Randolph Street); onsite role

Base pay: $34.90–$57.89 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct behavioral health care management and health education programs for customers enrolled in government health care programs.
• Gather, analyze, and provide data for regulatory reports.
• Discuss medical needs with members and physicians.
• Coordinate with internal staff, management, external vendors, and community resources.
• Represent the organization to members and travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Requirements

• Hold an unrestricted RN license with at least two years of direct clinical care experience, or an eligible behavioral health license such as LPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LISW, or LMHC, with two years of clinical practice experience.
• Maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license in the state of operations. Compact RN licensees changing permanent residence must obtain active unrestricted RN licensure in the state of operations within 90 days of hire.
• Have at least three years of wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues to members and physicians.
• Experience independently handling medical management and health education programs.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication, medical data analysis, and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and web-based applications.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Behavioral health, patient education, condition management, complex or catastrophic case management, government programs, or population management experience.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Certification in case management, training, project management, or a nationally recognized health care certification.
