Service Manager - Promenade Terrace

Location: Corona, California, USA; onsite at Promenade Terrace Apartments

Salary: USD 80,000–90,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and additional customer satisfaction bonuses of up to USD 250 per month.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and support the maintenance team.
• Manage property maintenance, including vendors, service staff, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
• Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Manage the maintenance budget while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical maintenance and facilities management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks when required, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, organization, attention to detail, and a customer-service orientation.
