Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily

What you will do

• Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests promptly and provide professional customer service.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, pools and hot tubs, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical systems, painting, caulking, and life-safety equipment.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, dog parks, and other shared spaces.
• Schedule and document preventive maintenance and perform on-call emergency procedures.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues and comply with applicable housing laws, codes, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• EPA 608 certification, minimum Type II; CPO or another locally required certificate may also apply.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work any shift from Sunday through Saturday according to business needs.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb stairs and ladders, travel between properties, and lift or move up to 100 pounds.
