What you will do

• Build comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, IRR, payback period) for potential deals.
• Support structuring deal terms and economic frameworks in collaboration with business, legal, and creative teams.
• Run market research and competitive analysis to inform deal assumptions and valuation benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for deal committee reviews, summarizing projections and key deal terms.
• Design and implement consistent modeling approaches and templates; collaborate cross-functionally to gather deal data.
• Conduct post-deal reviews to compare actual performance vs. the initial deal thesis and identify improvements for future structuring.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a related analytical role, preferably in music, entertainment, or media.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis, including discounted cash flow concepts.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present complex financial information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
