Analyst/Manager, Deal Structuring & Valuation, Deals Office (Finance)

Location: GBR - 27 Wrights Lane - London; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Build financial models and valuation analyses for songwriter, producer, and artist signings and acquisitions.
• Support deal structuring and the development of economic frameworks with business, legal, A&R, and administration teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to establish deal assumptions and valuation benchmarks.
• Prepare presentations and reports for deal committee reviews, covering financial projections and key deal terms.
• Develop consistent modeling approaches and templates, and collaborate cross-functionally to gather deal data.
• Participate in post-deal reviews and track performance against the initial deal thesis.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, data analysis, and discounted cash flow concepts.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience or interest in data analytics and automation.
