Analyst/Associate, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Debt

What you will do

• Review investment opportunities and screen potential commercial real estate debt transactions.
• Build financial models and analyze cash flow projections, credit metrics, and investment risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda for presentation to investment committees.
• Support due diligence by reviewing business plans and coordinating legal, technical, valuation, and other workstreams.
• Conduct market research on trends, risks, and opportunities across European real estate markets.
• Collaborate with the European Real Estate Debt team and contribute to investment strategy discussions.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Engineering from a top-tier institution.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate finance, real estate investments, M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, real estate advisory, surveying, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong work ethic, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn.
