What you will do

• Lead and supervise financial analysis and valuation modelling for valuation projects.
• Oversee industry, market, competitor, and target-company research.
• Conduct and manage client interviews to gather engagement data.
• Build client relationships and liaise with internal and client management teams.
• Review and present analyses and conclusions in written reports.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain high work-quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the valuation team of a recognised accounting or advisory firm.
• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or CFA qualification.
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Company, Guideline Transaction, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo valuation methods.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
