Assistant Logistics Specialist (Robotics)

Location: On-site in St. Peters, Missouri; candidates must currently reside locally.

What you will do

• Refurbish robots and prepare robots and chargers for shipment, including cleaning, light painting, and boxing.
• Manage spare-part inventory through cycle counts, audits, reporting, and inventory updates.
• Physically move robots, boxes, and inventory within the Repair Center.
• Track robot swaps and movements with logistics partners, primarily Aeronet, using Jira and the Robot Movement Tracker.
• Coordinate broken-robot deliveries and parts returns through Aeronet and FedEx.
• Support month-end reconciliation, shipping compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on Jira experience for project and asset tracking, workflow management, and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
