Logistics Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale or Burlingame, California

Pay: $50–$55 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Own and track purchase orders from creation through final delivery, ensuring on-time performance and escalating risks.
• Coordinate Procurement, external vendors, and Logistics Operations across all handoffs.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive resolution of delivery issues.
• Optimize PO-to-delivery workflows to accelerate material movement and reduce cycle times.
• Lead logistics projects for the Robotics organization, including supplier onboarding, warehouse and routing optimization, and program scaling.
• Maintain tracking dashboards, report project milestones, and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• End-to-end experience managing purchase orders or procurement workflows.
• Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments.
• Experience with customs and import-export processes for hardware components.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Experience automating workflows with AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce GTM, or SQL.
• Experience managing Asia-to-US supply chains.
• Mandarin proficiency.
