Inventory Management Planner (January 2027)

Location: Annecy, France; full-time, permanent contract based onsite

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, developing footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory visibility and reliable inventory data across channels and distribution centers.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, identify overstock and understock risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support stock positioning, rebuys, reallocations, balancing, and transfers between the France and UK distribution centers.
• Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders and collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze outlet flows, liquidation plans, close-out deals, pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Help develop inventory planning processes, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance routines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, demand, supply, allocation, commercial planning, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with multinational businesses.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory analytics, forecasting, or inventory management processes.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration, process orientation, critical thinking, and data-driven communication skills.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, data science tools, or advanced analytics.
