Robotics Apprentice Operator - 3rd Shift (Robotics)

Location: Onsite at 901 N. 200 W., Richmond, Utah 84333, USA; 3rd shift from 10:40 PM to 7:00 AM, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay: $22.65 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour 3rd-shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotic and automated packaging equipment.
• Operate robots, Fallas machines, Schubert systems, Pearson equipment, tumblers, overwrap equipment, and palletizers.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to support production targets and product quality.
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage according to production schedules.
• Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support preventive maintenance, cross-training, food safety, GMP, and workplace safety activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of manufacturing or production experience, or equivalent production-environment experience.
• Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English is required for safe and effective job performance.
• Ability to follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
• Availability for the assigned overnight shift, overtime, weekends, and production coverage needs.

Nice to have

• Experience operating robotics, palletizing, packaging, or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Food manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or continuous improvement.
