Maintenance Technician (Weekdays)

Location: Waddell, Arizona, United States; onsite

Salary: $33 per hour base pay, plus a $1.00 shift differential and a 5% target quarterly bonus

hirify.global North America operates a production facility requiring maintenance support for manufacturing and material handling systems.

What you will do

• Execute predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotic, automation, and conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, prioritize responses, and maintain high equipment availability.
• Install, inspect, and safely operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical test equipment.
• Manage critical spare-parts inventory and work orders through CMMS, while accurately documenting completed work and equipment conditions.
• Collaborate with Operations, oversee contractors, and serve as a subject matter expert on material handling equipment.
• Support continuous improvement, safety inspections, audits, and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with material handling equipment, automation, conveyance, or robotics.
• At least 2 years of experience performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Relevant electrical and mechanical experience, including robotics, automation, hydraulic systems, and PLC-based controls.
• Experience with CMMS, packaging operations, high-speed automation, equipment troubleshooting, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Ability to communicate in English and work onsite in Waddell, Arizona.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, work around moving mechanical parts and outdoor conditions, and safely operate tools, machinery, and motor vehicles.

• Week 2 schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
• Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required.
