Inventory Planner (MedTech)

What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels across international distribution centers and direct and indirect markets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to establish accurate safety stock levels and determine inventory allocation.
• Analyze inventory turns, identify excesses and shortages, and rebalance inventory across distribution sites.
• Identify current and future material risks and escalate shortages to management.
• Create ad-hoc analyses to respond to business trends and monitor performance against global KPIs.
• Introduce process improvements that increase inventory accuracy, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong planning, quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other analytical reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
