Location: Fort Myers, Florida, USA

Compensation: Hourly wage based on education and experience, plus statutory insurance requirements.

What you will do

  • Support residential and commercial land-development design projects.
  • Contribute to technical engineering work, including data entry, word processing, CAD/GIS exhibits, and construction drawings.
  • Provide field and office support for civil engineering projects.
  • Assist with engineering studies and reports.
  • Prepare documents required to obtain project permits.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • Available for the summer internship from May 2026 through August 2026.
  • Able to work at the Fort Myers, Florida location.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of WaterCAD, StormCAD, and ICPR.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
