German Customer Experience & Tech Support Advisor (Flexible Hours)

Location: Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00, with 6- or 8-hour shifts.

What you will do

• Provide customer support by phone and email in German and English.
• Assist customers with device and smart-technology setup.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and basic technical issues.
• Resolve customer requests while maintaining a high service standard.

Requirements

• German proficiency at B2/B2H level.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work from the Sofia office.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity.
