Manager, Learning & Development - Business Enablement

Location: Daily onsite presence at the San Jose Headquarters in San Jose, California, United States

Base pay: $141,000–$219,000 USD per year, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders, executives, and HRBPs by leading intake conversations and diagnosing capability gaps.
• Conduct needs assessments using interviews, data, and performance insights, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design customized learning strategies for Sales & Marketing and Staff organizations.
• Build enablement programs such as product training curricula, sales kick-offs, negotiation and contract best-practice sessions, and capability workshops.
• Create workshops, e-learning, microlearning, toolkits, playbooks, and AI-enabled learning tools grounded in adult learning principles.
• Facilitate learning experiences, coordinate SMEs and vendors, promote adoption, and measure outcomes to improve programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or business enablement, including building programs from the ground up.
• Strong instructional design expertise and knowledge of training delivery methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience consulting with and influencing senior leaders and translating ambiguous business needs into solutions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience managing vendors and external training partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRD, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or a related field preferred.
