What you will do

• Manage financial due diligence, lender due diligence, independent business reviews, valuations, and financial modelling projects.
• Define project scope and resource requirements, lead day-to-day client communication, and manage project timelines.
• Analyse historical and forecast financial information, challenge assumptions, and review cash-flow forecasts.
• Prepare and review reports and financial models, presenting findings and identifying potential issues.
• Lead client take-on, risk management, AML, and compliance processes across assignments.
• Support business development through proposals, networking, market research, and origination activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial analysis, data interrogation, and financial modelling.
• Advisory experience with an understanding of lending environments and M&A transactions.
• Experience working with lenders or clients on debt transactions.
• ACA or ACCA qualification, preferably with at least three years of post-qualified experience.
• Strong Excel, numerical, financial, report-writing, and professional document preparation skills.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and work to demanding timetables.
