Senior Finance Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Finance Analyst (Real Assets Finance): Supporting financial planning, forecasting, management information, and financial control across real asset funds and balance sheet investments with an accent on financial analysis, investment performance, and data quality. Focus on preparing management reporting, reviewing forecasts and valuations, monitoring liquidity, and strengthening control processes across real estate, infrastructure, venture capital, and platform investments.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom. Flexible working options, including part-time and job shares, may be discussed where operationally possible.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly management information, data tables, and commentary.
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
• Support planning, forecasting, and the five-year financial planning process.
• Review asset and investment performance against forecasts and underwriting expectations.
• Support biannual asset valuations, liquidity monitoring, and payment documentation.
• Maintain financial controls and build relationships with finance, investment, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified; near-qualified candidates may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial planning and analysis, and IFRS.
• Confident Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and finance data analysis.
• Experience preparing high-quality financial analyses, reports, or papers.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or asset management.
• Knowledge of OneStream, Anaplan, or Tableau.
