What you will do

• Supervise interiors demolition construction projects and coordinate field construction teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain CPM project schedules, plan material and tool supplies, and support cost control.
• Enforce safety procedures, participate in safety training, and verify subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submittals while setting quality-control standards.
• Prepare project reports, time sheets, work orders, daily reports, and invoice approvals.
• Manage punch lists, start-up testing, owner turnover, final close-out, and acceptance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience including four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Extensive interiors demolition construction experience at a supervisory level.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active status.
• Working knowledge of all construction crafts and specifications, with prior experience as a foreman, journeyman, or project engineer.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws, job scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency; willingness to travel and supervise multiple projects across a large geographic area.
