Product Marketing - Senior Strategist

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $123,000–$177,500 per year, plus eligibility for an incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Implement product marketing strategies and plans for investment products in the intermediary segment.
• Develop and maintain investment product selling systems, positioning, messaging, and supporting collateral.
• Manage product launches by coordinating input from sales, investment, channel marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Create commercially oriented content with actionable insights for financial professionals and their clients.
• Align product marketing activity with strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate resources and measure the impact of campaigns on awareness, engagement, consideration, adoption, and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep investment product marketing experience focused on the intermediary market.
• Strong knowledge of investment vehicles, including mutual funds and ETFs.
• Thorough understanding of distribution strategy and financial advisors' needs, challenges, and business processes.
• Excellent influencing, written, verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and project leadership skills.

• Experience in financial services marketing.
• Knowledge of current market dynamics, industry trends, competitor research, and industry reports.
• Experience challenging stakeholders constructively and turning ideas into actionable initiatives.
