Lounge Senior Supervisor

Location: Hounslow, United Kingdom; onsite at the Qatar Lounge in Heathrow Airport

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Qatar Lounge and supervise Lounge Hosts, Front of House staff, and Lounge Chefs.
• Coordinate schedules, rosters, production, buffet replenishment, shift changes, and operational paperwork.
• Deliver high-quality food, beverage, and guest service while maintaining presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Act as a point of reference for Qatar staff and passengers, handling remarks, suggestions, queries, and complaints.
• Support staff performance through one-to-one meetings, appraisals, coaching, and active leadership during busy periods.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure health and safety, EHO, accident reporting, and mandatory training records remain up to date.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for food and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Professional presentation, a positive attitude, and willingness to assist the team directly when required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours in a lounge operating seven days a week.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
