Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is opening a new club focused on fitness, wellness, member experience, and commercial performance.

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing club team.
• Own revenue lines including memberships, personal training, and secondary spend.
• Deliver a welcoming, energetic, and premium member experience.
• Oversee sales and operational processes and implement company standards and initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and operational consistency.
• Manage policies, procedures, health and safety, and pool plant operations.

• Commercial awareness and motivation to exceed targets.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
