Operations Manager - Uxbridge (Audio Visual Events)

What you will do

• Support the Technical Events Manager with audio visual services and daily venue operations.
• Direct equipment setups and strikes, schedule staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate operational workloads.
• Supervise and coach operational staff to deliver customer service and complete room sets to company standards.
• Manage on-site equipment inventory, sourcing, maintenance, safety, security, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate invoicing through the billing system and maintain accurate operational records.
• Work with hotel and venue staff, vendors, sales teams, neighboring locations, and health and safety stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of audio visual experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Experience planning and operating large audio visual events.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, the Internet, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
