Warehouse Supervisor - Days - Weekends

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20, UK. Full-time, onsite warehouse role working days and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance discussions.
• Monitor shift delivery plans and drive warehouse performance against key operational metrics.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain high site-safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide feedback to the Section Manager.
• Create action plans for missed targets and support culture-change and turnover-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential in people and change management.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Shirebrook, including days and weekends.

Hiring process
