Location: Coventry, United Kingdom; warehouse-based, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do
- Administer and oversee shipments from the warehouse and 3PL partners to customers across EMEA.
- Coordinate timely deliveries, collections, transfers, transport arrangements, and inbound deliveries.
- Prepare shipment documentation and ensure dispatch teams receive all required documents before shipping.
- Liaise with Operations, suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and European and domestic 3PL providers.
- Track shipments, investigate and resolve dispatch queries, maintain filing systems, and procure proof of delivery.
Requirements
- Strong organisation, initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider centre team.
- Strong communication skills and competence in English and Maths.
- IT skills and proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
- Passion, energy, dedication, and a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
