Location: Buena Park, California, USA; full-time onsite at the company site
Starting compensation: $28–$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and geographic considerations.

produces ink and coating solutions for commercial, packaging, and digital printing markets, with operations in North America, Europe, and South America and a focus on innovation and sustainability.
What you will do
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, discipline, termination, and employee training and development.
- Maintain employee directories, safety training records, personnel files, workers’ compensation files, and other confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate with corporate Human Resources, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle branch administration, including supplies, meetings, visitors, and office coordination.
- Lead the site’s INX Business Management System and support quality initiatives, continuous improvement, quality metrics, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate quality meetings, internal audits, ISO compliance activities, document control, records retention, and external audit support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least two years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, HR policies, labor laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and workers’ compensation requirements.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, pre-employment screening, onboarding, training, record keeping, and discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills, mathematics skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR matters and sensitive employee information and comply with legal requirements.
- Ability to work full-time at the Buena Park, California site.
