Finance Transformation Consultant (ERP)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least 2 days per week in the office or on client site, and potentially up to 5 days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Lead or support finance strategy development, operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
• Manage finance system developments and implementations, including vendor and systems integrator oversight.
• Advise clients across the full transformation lifecycle, from initial strategy through delivery and benefits realisation.
• Optimise finance processes using digital platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and AI technologies.
• Support change management, employee engagement, training, and adoption activities.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across public and private sector client environments.

Requirements

• Experience in finance transformation programmes or finance performance improvement projects.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of finance platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
• Experience with finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant, or significant experience in finance line management, project delivery, or change-supporting roles.
• Applicants for roles requiring UK security clearance must be British citizens or have maintained continuous UK residency for the past 5 years; background checks and Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance are required.
