Senior Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead industrial engineering activities for new product introductions and product transfers.
• Perform capacity planning, labor modeling, line balancing, process validation, and production readiness assessments.
• Design storage and processing areas, develop workflows and procedures, and coordinate equipment procurement and facility build-out.
• Support customer RFP and RFQ activities with manufacturing capacity, labor, cycle-time, and resource analyses.
• Evaluate proposed changes to MES and Shop Floor Control processes.
• Develop manufacturing cost models for business cases and product launch decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, including work in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools and analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau, or equivalents.
• Mathematical computing competence with at least one programming language, such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with continuous improvement or Lean programs and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical and statistical concepts as clear, actionable insights and work independently in a demanding environment.
