Senior Industrial Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead process improvement, labor optimization, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models for operational decision-making.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve manufacturing performance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT to implement Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing; automotive experience is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, Power BI, Python, or SQL is highly preferred.
