TL;DR
Quality Systems Technician (Digital Quality Systems): Supporting the setup, validation, and maintenance of digital quality systems, smart tools, AI cameras, and inspection devices in manufacturing operations with an accent on system integration, troubleshooting, and quality data traceability. Focus on developing validation scripts and dashboards, digitizing inspection records, and supporting reliable quality infrastructure on the shop floor.
Location: 100% onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, United States; no remote work. The role is split between office and shop floor environments.

What you will do
- Set up, configure, validate, and maintain quality systems, smart tools, AI cameras, and digital inspection devices.
- Troubleshoot EQMS platforms, smart inspection systems, hardware, software, and quality data capture tools.
- Integrate digital quality tools with engineering, IT, quality, and manufacturing operations.
- Build and maintain process flows, control plans, SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and digital quality documentation.
- Digitize and standardize inspection data, testing logs, serialization records, and process verification checkpoints.
- Develop and update programs and scripts for data validation, sorting, automation, dashboards, and visual reporting; support pilots, training, shop-floor users, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in Quality, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support, preferably involving quality or production systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings, flowcharts, and system diagrams and work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital quality systems; strong communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 100% in the Jacksonville office and on the shop floor.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, SQL, VBA, or similar programming, scripting, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with EQMS platforms, process automation, or smart inspection technologies.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
