Technical Engineer (Retail Payments)

What you will do

• Drive payment initiatives from idea through implementation across markets, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Support the implementation and rollout of payment solutions across the global retail landscape.
• Establish and improve governance processes, ways of working, and operational routines within Retail Payments.
• Facilitate decision-making through clear communication, structure, and status reporting.
• Challenge stakeholders and vendors when commitments, timelines, or quality expectations are at risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, delivery management, or systems integration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and external partners.
• Understanding of payment systems, POS environments, and technical integrations.
• Ability to drive accountability, follow up on commitments, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
• English CV required; the position is full-time and permanent.
