TL;DR
Deployment Strategist, Professional Services Global D&I (Golang/Python/PostgreSQL/React): Implementing, integrating, and analyzing software and data products for defense and intelligence customers with an accent on workflow design, cloud deployments, and mission-critical analytics. Focus on translating operational requirements into product capabilities, prototyping integrations, training users, and solving complex systems problems in high-pressure environments.
Location: Hybrid position based in Stockholm, Sweden, with attendance at a strategic customer location 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Implement, integrate, and analyze software and data products for strategic defense and intelligence customers.
- Understand customer needs, translate requirements, and design workflows, data models, integrations, and supporting tooling.
- Train users, iterate on solutions in real time, and help embed products into daily operations.
- Translate operational requirements into actionable feedback for ’s product and engineering teams.
- Prototype, test, and adjust workflows while communicating technical capabilities in clear, mission-focused language.
- Work directly with customer analysts and decision-makers to debug workflows and define high-level strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting defense and intelligence customers, including specialized systems integration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar field.
- Fluency in Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, and React or related technologies.
- Experience with cloud deployments using GCP, AWS, or Azure, as well as scaling and maintaining production systems.
- Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure environments and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with defense and intelligence organizations in Sweden and with multi-domain or multi-level security architectures.
- Knowledge of JavaScript mapping libraries, Google Earth Engine, and its SDK.
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, distributed databases, geospatial technologies, GEOINT, and imagery analysis.
- Background in geopolitics, data science, or building analytical products from complex datasets.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
