Deployment Strategist, Professional Services Global D&I

Location: Hybrid position based in Stockholm, Sweden, with attendance at a strategic customer location 3 days a week

Salary: 669,870–837,360 SEK gross annually, plus potential commission, discretionary bonuses, and equity

What you will do

• Implement, integrate, and analyze software and data products for strategic defense and intelligence customers.
• Understand customer needs, translate requirements, and design workflows, data models, integrations, and supporting tools.
• Train users, iterate on solutions in real time, and embed hirify.global capabilities into daily operations.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Prototype, test, and adjust workflows while diagnosing complex problems with customer analysts and decision-makers.
• Communicate technical capabilities and mission-critical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting defense and intelligence customers, including specialized systems-integration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, and React or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud deployments using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience scaling and maintaining production systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Swedish defense and intelligence organizations.
• Experience with multi-domain or multi-level security architectures, geospatial technologies, GEOINT, imagery exploitation, or complex analytical datasets.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript mapping libraries, Google Earth Engine, SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or distributed databases.
• Experience in geopolitics, data science, and building analytical products.
• Fluency in multiple languages and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
