Delivery Manager (Analytics)

Location: Bergshamra in Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel across the Nordics and Baltics is expected.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, support, and challenge a team of nine IT Analytics professionals.
• Manage operational and strategic progress together with the Product Owner.
• Improve data analytics and reporting efficiency using current technology and AI-supported tools.
• Translate business requirements and stakeholder needs into IT solutions.
• Coordinate delivery plans, follow-up, communication, governance, planning, and budget responsibility.
• Drive IT quality improvements and innovation across the Industrial business area.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of documented experience in IT leadership roles.
• At least 5+ years of experience with IT system management.
• Documented experience with data warehouse and analytics solutions, preferably in insurance.
• At least 5+ years of experience translating requirements and needs into IT solutions.
• Documented experience with agile development methodologies and formal leadership or team management.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, plus a Bachelor's degree or higher.
