Warehouse Supervisor- Eves - Weekends (Retail)

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
• Work with the Section Manager and warehouse leadership team to monitor shift plans and operational performance.
• Drive warehouse metrics to fulfil customer web and store demand on time and in full.
• Maintain high safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and create action plans when targets are not met.
• Support culture change initiatives and efforts to reduce employee turnover.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Ability to work onsite in Mansfield, UK, on a full-time basis.
