What you will do

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 associates with support from site leadership.
• Own performance reporting for receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize the resolution of systemic problems.
• Hold teams to clear SLA expectations and provide concise verbal and written performance reports.
• Facilitate troubleshooting with cross-functional partners to mitigate risks and resolve fulfillment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months, or expected within the next few months.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phillipsburg, NJ.
• Demonstrated leadership experience from campus organizations, athletics, military, or part-time roles.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Willingness to work any permanent shift, including overnights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hours in varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics.
• Exposure to SQL or other reporting and data tools.
• Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors.
