(USA) Manager, Supply Chain Management

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze stakeholder data, identify root causes, and improve network efficiency.
• Review distribution center, carrier, and supplier performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and capacity constraints affecting operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, simplify workflows, and improve service levels.
• Develop and mentor associates while ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in supply chain management, merchandise flow, and network efficiency optimization.
• Leadership, mentoring, data analysis, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to implement process improvements and lean methodologies.

Nice to have

• Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis experience.
• Retail logistics operations experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Six Sigma certification.
