What you will do

• Help customers select new and pre-owned Infiniti vehicles based on their transportation needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through vehicle purchase and leasing processes.
• Work with management to structure leases and purchases.
• Build customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain current knowledge of the Infiniti product line and attend required sales training.

Requirements

• Motivation to build a career in automotive retail.
• Previous luxury automotive or luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
• VIP-level customer service skills, including anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and analyzing customer feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass company pre-employment screening.
