What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Coggin Selling Process.
• Build rapport and develop customer relationships that generate referrals.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Use phone, internet, email, and CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
• Close vehicle sales and contribute to a collaborative sales environment.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and a self-starting approach.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
