Director, Warehouse Operations (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish and scale warehouse operations covering inbound materials, inventory management, material flow, and supply chain coordination.
• Build, lead, and develop the warehouse operations organization while managing daily site activities.
• Own end-to-end inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, vendor returns, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Manage indirect material purchasing, supplier relationships, MRO replenishment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Lead site shipping and logistics for finished goods, vendor returns, and intercompany materials in coordination with the global logistics team.
• Lead factory scheduling, material planning, deployment, and control to support synchronized just-in-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Experience with SAP or similar software packages is required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous process improvement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, adaptability, and tactical time-management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of production, engineering, NPI, finance operations, logistics, quality, and RMA.
• Bilingual proficiency.
