What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across a fulfillment center or a small group of warehouses.
• Manage supervisors and hourly associates, including staffing schedules, recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inbound and outbound truck loading, warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage revenue, expenses, operational budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Set targets and develop scalable strategies for safety, efficiency, quality, and peak-season operations.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Excellence team and strategic partners to improve customer service.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, including at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System, material handling equipment, and storage systems.
• Demonstrated progression of responsibility in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, manage priorities, influence change, prepare reports and procedures, and communicate with managers, clients, and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• LEAN experience.
• Food-grade warehouse experience.
