Manager, Warehouse

Location: Brownsburg, Indiana, United States — on-site

Salary: $65,400–$81,700 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, schedule, coach, and manage the performance of 50+ warehouse employees, supervisors, and leads.
• Maintain efficient warehouse flow, delegation, 5S practices, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and errors, improve quality, and shorten cycle time.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, data integrity, and readiness and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with procurement, logistics, sales, and other business partners.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, resources, and performance using KPIs and operational reports.

Requirements

• At least seven years of direct supervisory experience and three years of warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory control, warehouse procedures, logistics, and safety regulations.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and team-development skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying materials, equipment operation, varying temperatures, and noise; weekend or overtime work may be required.
